Kai Zhi Cheng’s photovoltaic mounting robot has surpassed the 800‑panel‑per‑day milestone!
In the vast desert of Ustai, Alashan, Inner Mongolia, a revolution in intelligent manufacturing is quietly unfolding. Today, Kaizhicheng has reached an exhilarating milestone: our four photovoltaic‑intelligent paver robots have set a new record by installing over 800 panels in a single day—each unit breaking the mark!
The Alashan Wusitai photovoltaic project has a total installed capacity of 2.0 GWp and is located in a typical desert‑gobi region. Year-round wind and sandstorms frequently cause the ground surface to erode, reducing the elevation of the mounting structure’s reference plane. The area experiences maximum temperatures of 40°C and minimums as low as −20°C, with diurnal temperature swings reaching up to 25°C, posing significant challenges to conventional construction methods. Under these harsh conditions, Kaizhicheng Intelligent Equipment’s photovoltaic mounting robots have demonstrated outstanding performance. Their robust chassis delivers exceptional off‑road capability, easily navigating the uneven, pitted terrain of the desert; their four‑directional, real‑time leveling work platform ensures safe and stable operations from every angle; and their specially designed wind‑and‑sand protection system, combined with a temperature‑resistant structural design, guarantees reliable operation even in extreme environments. 
Today’s record-breaking single-day, single-unit installation volume of 800 not only sets a new benchmark but also signifies:
· Efficiency improvement: With daily working hours of 11 hours, efficiency is more than five times higher compared to traditional manual paving.
· Quality Consistency: Automated construction completely eliminates human error, ensuring consistent installation quality.
· Cost reduction: Significantly reduces labor requirements, features a low component breakage rate, and substantially lowers overall construction costs.
