Warranty Service

- Free Warranty Coverage (1 Year from Delivery Date): If equipment malfunctions due to inherent quality defects, we will provide free replacement of relevant components or repairs.
- Paid Repair Service: For malfunctions not caused by inherent product quality defects, we offer paid repair services.
- Routine Inspections (During Warranty Period): Per the agreement, we will arrange semi-annual routine inspections and maintenance to help customers keep the equipment in optimal operating condition.

 

Post-Warranty Maintenance Service

After the warranty period expires, we will continue to provide paid quality maintenance services for the equipment.

Guiding Principles: Prevention-first, scheduled maintenance, mandatory repairs for faulty equipment, guaranteed repair quality, customer-centricity, and lifelong service support.

- We implement a 24/7 on-duty system. Upon receiving a repair request, we will respond promptly and initiate troubleshooting within 24 hours.
- For equipment that cannot be fully repaired in a short period, we will provide replacement with regular spare parts first to ensure uninterrupted equipment operation.
- Our company has a dedicated team of after-sales service technicians and maintains a special service record system, assigning a dedicated person to be responsible for each customer case.
- During the warranty period, all repair costs incurred due to equipment damage caused by inherent quality defects will be fully covered by us.
- After the warranty period expires, we will continue to provide lifelong after-sales services for fault repairs or component replacements at cost price. We can also sign long-term maintenance agreements with customers according to their specific needs.

Emergency Response Plan

Emergency Disposal: Prior to the commissioning of the equipment, various emergency response plans will be formulated and delivered to the customer.

Upon receiving the customer's emergency repair request, we will clarify the fault details within 24 hours and provide initial disposal suggestions based on the emergency response plan to minimize equipment downtime.

If the customer is unable to repair the equipment independently, our company will dispatch service engineers to the site as quickly as possible.

After confirming the equipment's working status before the fault, fault occurrence time, fault characteristics, and operation records in accordance with the emergency handling procedures, we will immediately determine the emergency disposal plan.
